Store Pickup & Shipping Policy
Orders can be picked up during working hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
Casa Artesanal offers free shipping for all products! Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using United States Postal Services. United States Postal Services delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Worldwide shipping is available!
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not issue refunds or exchange any products. Any products return from USPS will be available for pickup once the consumer is notified via email. If the item sold is resend to customer regular shipping fees will apply.
